This eco-friendly, recyclable and decomposable exercise mat made from TPE (Thermal Plastic Elastomer) foam, is perfect for protecting your spine against hard surfaces while you enjoy your Pilates, Yoga and Matwork routines. The TPE foam allows for some traction while doing yoga poses and the 0.25" / 6 mm thickness protects your hands, knees and spine as you flow through your routine. This mat includes a carry strap so you can exercise on the go plus a BONUS downloadable exercise guide.

CARE & CLEANING

Do not store anything on top of the mat as it may cause permanent indentations.

Be sure mat is dry before rolling up for storage.

Minimize prolonged exposure to direct sunlight to preserve the life of your mat.

Never use corrosive cleaning products on mat.

To clean your mat, fill a spray bottle with water and add 20-30 drops of tea tree oil. Spray the mat and wipe with a clean cloth. Let it air dry unrolled.
