Filmmaker Kirk Roos details the story of Herro Mustafa, a former Iraqi refugee who fled to the America as a young girl, and beat the odds to become a U.S. Diplomat. As a young Iraqi refugee living in America, Mustafa developed a close friendship with Roos. Thirty years later, she travels to Iraq on official business, and invites her childhood friend along for the journey.
