As Lok uncovers more clues about his father, he begins to suspect Eathon's connection to the evil leader of the Organization, the Professor. Meanwhile, DeFoe's failure to defeat Dante Vale has led to him being removed from active duty. DeFoe collects those who are loyal to him and strikes out on his own, even more dangerous without the guiding hand of the Organization. Dante, Lok, Sophie and Zhalia are sent on a new mission: to uncover the missing ship of Jason and the Argonauts, the Argo. But the Argo was sunk offshore the island Grier was born. Newly promoted, Grier returns home with his best men, taking over the island and setting the stage for a final confrontation between him and Dante.
