Henry's The Last Leaf and set within some of Vincent van Gogh's best-known paintings, the second installment of Auryn's "Painted Tales" series takes viewers to a quiet French village to explore the childhood of the artist who gave us such classic paintings as "Skull with Burning Cigarette" and "Starry Night." As a young boy, van Gogh was relentlessly teased by his peers for being different. Most were unable to see past his angry red hair and many freckles, but Marguerite Gachet spotted the true talent beneath the awkward exterior. Despite the fact that young van Gogh has never sold a single painting, his true destiny becomes obvious when his good friend needs a miracle, and the artist delivers and enchanted almond blossom.
